It's no doubt this Phoenix wheel is full of detail and difficult to draw. Reference photos are great but can be difficult to come by, especially since the last time the wheel was fully assembled was a few decades ago.
When I was making my poster designs, I needed a way to visualize the wheel. So I did a lot of research and built a 3D model. This is a "for placement only" sort of model, it isn't built out precisely or mathematically and can't be rigged to move. But it allowed me to get the various angles of the wheel I was looking for.
